I want to do Frap assay with ferrous sulphate heptahydrate (FeSO4.7H2O) as the standard. I have calculate the molarity which is 1 M or 1000 microMolar as the stock solution. How do I determine the series for curve and how much should I pipette for reading in microplate reader?

if this is purchased from a company see what they recomment and call for technical service help. check what others have published, perhaps there is a methods paper describing this. this will tell you what to dilute it in, if water is not appropriate. if you are totally unsure of the concentration range for the standard curve then start with 10-fold serial dilutions and make 8-10 dilutions. that will give you an idea of the ideal range to work in. then you can do more standards in a tighter range for your experiment.
