How can I make 1.6 or 2 microgram per 20 microliter solution of Capsaicin from stock solution?

I want to make 1.6 and 2 micrograms per 20 microliters of capsaicin. I did it with 80 and 100 microgram Capsaicin respectively in 1ml DPBS solution. But it is difficult to measure 80 or 100...
