I am busy with a trial study, unfortunately, my histopaque reagent (to isolate plasma & PBMC) was finished, then I have to freeze my blood sample (EDTA tube). Now that I received my stock, it seems like this protocol can't help anymore to isolate plasma and PBMC from the frozen whole blood sample. Is there any other way I can perhaps use that will enable me to get plasma from this frozen blood sample?
