The simple answer is to convert it to a Tukey variable with 0 for no and 1 for yes. You can keep the measure as nominal and create values to interpret the numbers as no and yes.

Peter is absolutely right about the coding of responses into binary numbers. Once you have coded your yes=1 and no=1, Please go through the following video to have a clear idea of how it should be done.

My test includ the 4 categories (A,B,C, and D) all of the results are attribute (binary). I convert the yes as 1 and no as 0.

When I make a table from my collected data how should it be? 

Should it be like below?:

Just make two raw like this? Put all 4 categories data in same raw? Or should put and analysis seperatly?
