it seems to me that you have lines and areas only. Try to construct a volume through using these areas.

PlotCtrls > Style > Solid Model Facets > Normal Faceting

Or you can try below command

In Design Modeler of ANSYS Workbench, you can import AutoCAD files in .dwg and .dxf formats apart feom IGES, STEP, ACIS and parasolid format.

However, in Mechanical APDL, you can import IGES format files.
