We thought to prepare proliposomes to be formulated as a tablet using lecithin. Please let me know how to check whether the liposomes are produced invitro using microscopic technique / TEM?
Since I am new to this can anyone share how a liposomes will look under microscope / TEM?
Hope you will guide me in this with pictures if you have.

Thanks for sharing the TEM image. I thought the Liposomes will look like the enclosed graphic image when performing the TEM where the hydrophilic and lipophilic part is clearly visible along with the entrapped layer.
Do you have any experience in proliposomes in which the drug is mixed with soyalecithin by spray drying and compressed into tablets. When this tablet comes in contact with the biological fluid it will form the liposomes.
If you have any experience kindly share the same.

Sorry to say I do not have experience on proliposomes. I am from pharamacology, for my study I had prepared them.
