We are measuring liver fat in our subjects and I get negative values on the FF%. We are working with OsiriX and the lipoquant plugin.
Most of our subjects are within the expected 1-2% or way higher.
I've read that this can result from the software and how it calculates however I don't know how to treat the values resulting from it. Do I assume this value is 0 or use another method?
I would appreciate help!

I will definitely try to analyze the non-anonymized images and see if I get the same results.
I analyzed about 100 subjects with 2-4 time points so far and got only 2-3 subjects with negative mean values and all of them were between 0-(-0.2).

If you get similar results with non-anonymized or a different anonymizer, I wouldn't sweat it being only slightly less than zero in a couple of cases. If it is the correct sequences, the slightly less than 0 value is probably attributable to noise.
