How can I harvest THP-1 cells after co-culture in Transwell ?

Hello,

I will do my co-culture THP-1 cells and HepG2 cells using Transwell. After the differentiation, I don't know how I can haverst my cells in the the insert of Transwell to do the FACS. Please share me your experiences. Thank you!
