I am running SWAT model for a river basin. I have simulate the yield of crop for subbasins for 100 year. The duration of the crops may range from 2 to 4 months. After that the land will be left barren. I would like to give another crop next season for same subbasin.

Cropping sequence in SWAT model should be defined in .mgt file. After you define all the land management operations for the first crop you can define the management operations for the next crop in the same year. Before planting next crop in the sequence make sure that the first crop is harvested and killed (meaning removed) . All the best

You can edit the crop information via arcswat interface in mgt files. You can use dates to plant and harvest crop whenever you want them based on the crop variety in your region.
