How can I get the total variance explained by each factor in a positive matrix factorization analysis using PMF EPA 5.0 ?

I can get the contribution of each variable within each factor, but I cannot get the relative contribution of each factor to all factors.

In fact, you can introduce a new parameter that represents all species, just as a researcher will input TVOC when analyzing VOC. This parameter can be measured or reconstructed. So you can get the contribution of each factor to the total variable from the model. By the way, it’s best to set it as “total variable" in PMF, so its weight will become weak.
