How can I get high yield of DNA from rat's Hippocampus and Piriform cortex?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to isolate the DNA from Hippocampus and Piriform cortex using DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kits - QIAGEN, but I'm getting a lower yield of DNA using this kit. Another thing I have noticed that after using RNAse A (DNAse ad Protease free), the DNA yield decrease approximately half than the previous yield. I use Qubit 4 (1X HD dsDNA kit) to quantify the DNA concentration. Please give me suggestions on how can I get high concentration and yield of DNA from these two structures.
