Complete human genome sequences are not that common. What you really want to look at, at this time, is "Genome-Wide Association Surveys" (GWAS) databases. Try for example: http://www.gwascentral.org/ or https://www.genome.gov/26525384
These studies don't sequence the complete genome, but instead look at thousands of sites in the genome where different humans are known to have single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) using "SNP on a chip" technologies. Using this technology is is possible to find genes associated with inherited traits.
