After 10 hours broth culture even od at 0.8 the desired cfu/ml did not achieve. I got the value like 1x107 (ten to the power 7), would you please give suggestions how to achieve more cfu/ml so that I can perform LD50.

Your observation is quite obvious. You have 2 options
1) You can incubate the broth in rotary incubator for denser growth. As you did not explain the exact bacteria, I would suggest to wait up-to 18hrs for good growth.
2) You can culture in more volume of broth and then concentrate the culture by centrifugation followed by removal of supernatent and resuspend the bacteria to get desired concentration.
