Actually I am working on Ferrites and I tried a lot to find the shape of brilliouin zone of the same but couldnt do so. Please help me if you can. Or do tell me if there is any simulation by which I can draw reciprocal lattice and brilliouin zone of any lattice providing the information of real space lattice.
The reciprocal lattice relates to the Bravais lattice of the real space crystal structure. While there are many more crystal classes there are only fourteen fundamentally different Bravais lattices and corresponding reciprocal lattices.
You will find the relations between primitive basis vectors and reciprocal lattice basis vectors in any decent solid state physics textbook. Likewise, you will find instructions to construct the so-called Wigner-Seitz cell in reall space and the first BZ in reciprocal space from these (the recipe is the same).
When it comes to visualizing the result, it's a new story, of course. I have not checked Vladimir's suggestions but they sound promising. Alternatively you could try to use 3D-rendering software (e.g. povray) to do the trick for you, but that shall certainly take programming skills and some time to get the desired result.
