I constructed a plasmid which allows expression of a fusion protein (Protein A+Tag+ProteinB). Sequencing of the plasmid showed that there is a single nucletiode insertion in "Tag" which causes stop codon after 27 nt bases. Thus, Only this part is expressed: Protein A+Tag(partially)+ELCRRLLL

When I expressed this protein in yeast, I observed an interesting phenotype.

I am wondering whether ELCRRLLL peptide contains any targeting signal or protein motif.
