I study effect of different concentration of SA on phenolic compounds , 3 doses of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mM of SA was used for pre-treatment of corms and then corms planted in pots, the data that achieved is confused me, among these concentration 0.1 had the most effect on growth characteristics, and the growth attributes decrease at 1 mM, Moreover, the effect of SA on total phenolics and flavonoids was various, so that the highest flavonoids was seen at 0.1 mM and total phenolics was observed at 1 mm, I don't how explanation these data and how can i link the difference between total phenolic and flavonoids among 2 different dose of SA and also growth relation with high flavonoid at 0.1 mM

Phenolics and flavonoids are able to regulate plant growth and improve the physiological efficiency and can also enhance effective partitioning of accumulates from the sources to the sinks in plants (Ghasemzadeh et al., 2010). Stimulation of flavonoid accumulation by SA treatment may protect plants from certain biotic and abiotic stresses (Dučaiová et al., 2013).
SA is a natural plant hormone of phenolic nature and had a wide range of physiological activities. we have used SA to improve growth and salinity stress in a number of plant species.SA treatment also increased anti oxidant content , including flavenoids, thus protecting plants from salinity stress.

Salicylic acid is a chemical stimulus that cause to enhance the strength and antioxidant activity of the plant, as well as increasing phenolic compounds as a regulator of the internal growth. The supportive roles of salicylic acid are setting free radicals , antioxidants , induced gene expression , uptake and distribution of the elements. salicylic acid is produced in small quantities of free and glycosylated forms in plant root cells . some researchers reported salicylic acid increases the yield of some crops , such as soybeans, peas. This substances impact on ethylene production by reducing the amount of ethylene production and respiration. Salicylic acid as a chemical stimulus to be treated outside of plants to enhance resistance & antioxidant activity as well as positive role of salicylic acid on the growth of wheat plants under salt stress. Salicylic acid has a favorable effect on the amount of yield and yield components of pea.
