I have an H2O2 biosensor electrode and I want to optimize the experiment, such as the pH of the PBS and applied voltage of the sensor. So how can I do it? And should the PBS solution stir during the optimization to find the current response or not? The current sensitivity influence by the pH value of the test PBS solution, applied potential, and concentration of enzyme. These experimental variables need to optimize in order to achieve a sensitive biosensor. So which technique can carry out this optimization to find the optimum value for the applied potential and pH, is it amperometric or CV? And if amperometric, the PBS solution should be stirred?
