How to do this would depend very much on what data you have concerning the movements off the person in question. Some kind of accurate continuous time observation e.g. through a permanently functioning GPS system? Or intermittent and inaccurate e.g. call data records from mobile phone providers? Do you have access to other sources of data e.g. maps of transportation systems? Someone moving fast along a railway line is probably not riding a bicycle.
