After their culture, the cyanobacteria reacted with Bennett Media to produce their compounds into the supernatant preserved after centrifuge. They form a homogeneous mixture for more than one month. Today I observed like a clusters inside the mixture.

I hesitated if these clusters are the compounds but aggregated or a contamination. I used many methods to dissolve these clusters as vortex, centrifuge, sonicator and adding DMSO. But no method succeeds. I need a homogeneous solution to have proper concentrations for some tests as cell culture.

I'll appreciate any help to dissolve these compounds again.
