as Uric acid is insoluble in water;but soluble in NaoH. You first make solution of 0.5M or 1M NaOH it becomes hot. Then add 1gm Uric acid.if still it is insoluble;add water step by step;then it will completely dissolved .Do it.
I general, dissolution could for example be enhanced by
Reduction of particle size: a smaller particle size leads to an increase in surface area and enhances dissolution.
Raising the temperature: a warm or hot solution could lead to more material being dissolved . This is not always the case, many compounds dissolve better in colder temperatures.
Adjusting pH: dissolution is enhanced, based on the chemical structure, by rasing/lowering pH. In your case, the solubility of uric acid rapidly increases in basic solutions as a result of formation of alkaline salts -urates- of which lithium urate is the most soluble one.
Using (nano)suspensions or (non-ionic)surfactants to improve dissolution: lauroyl macroglycerides, difatty acid esters or low molecular PEG. Probably not applicable for you.
But still...I seriously doubt you'll ever manage to dissolve 1 g of uric acid in 100 mL of water. That is a lot and the "starting position" is not good as the solubility of uric acid at 20 °C is approx. 0.0006 g/100 ml.
Is uric acid meant to be used as a stock solution for calibrations (e.g., for measurement of uric acid in serum)? Can you settle for a less concentrated uric acid solution?
You could check (and the references therein):

Till now I am unable to dissolve 1g uric acid / 100ml.
I have used 2M NH4OH, NaOH, Na-acetate, pH 10 BUFFER but not having any success. Will anybody in position to mention here his/ her practical experience for 1gm uric acid dissolution in 100ml?
I will appreciate any practical, simple method which will solve my problem.

I hope u had solve this problem to dissolve uric acid , i tried what they mentioned here but failed. Could u please let me know which method u had followed to dissolve uric acid in water.
What is the highest concentration of uric acid that can be prepared in 0,1; 0,5; and 1 M NaOH? Milner and Perkins (1978) made a solution of 50 mg/L in 0,1 M NaOH. Is 1 g/L achievable?
