How can I disperse alginate microbeads into Ethyl Acetate

I have hydrogel microbeads dispersed in water and I would like to change the phase to re disperse it in Ethyl Acetate. I have tried to filter and centrifugate but it is not efficient.

Does someone have an efficient protocol?
