For synthesis of Ni MOF by Ultrasonication method where some article mentioned room temperature about 4 hour. But the problem is during sonication for such long time the temperature of water in Ultrasonication increased at about 60-80 degree. Is it problem or should I use ice water to control temperature.

I have not synthesized Ni MOF, but other nanoparticles via sonochemical route. definitively use an ice bath. For such long sonication duration of several hours, you might consider using a sonicator with temperature control. We have the Hielsher UP200St sonicator which has programmable temperature monitoring.
