Lets say cinnamon or tea tree for instance. I've used 10% ethanol + tween-20 in a ratio of 4:1 (eg 80uL 10% ethanol + 20uL tween-20). Adding 500uL of the solvent to and 500uL of cinnamon to a 1.5mL test tube the resulting solution forms an emulsion and nematodes can't be observed on a microscope. What is the best approach to remedy such a case?
