I am doing analysis on an off grid system (PV, Battery,Inverter, load) . I know already the formula for calcuting the performance of PV. How can I calculate the performance of the whole off grid plant? Do you know a formula which include all systems components for determining the performance ?

an Off Grid system is too complex to give one formula;
Use software that is available
normally I use PV GIS to make PV performance calculations

very good but you need a quiet modern computer because it is based on MS excel and requires quiet lot of memory
For Both of them: you really have to invest time(reading instructions / manual) if you want to use them in a proper way

As Mr Ruud Van de Voort said you may use System advisor model which is a free software and is really good for implementation of grid-tied PV system

As already stated above, there is no such single formula.
A possible solution is to create a model of the system in a simulator and perform several tests at different operating points.

I don't think there is a formula to determine the performance of a microgrid. I think that it can be conceptually quantified to compare different microgrids or energy management. For example, a performance indicator could be how much power do the solar panels generate with respect to the maximum possible generation taking into account solar radiation and temperature of the panels [1]. Or how much power from the panels is the microgrid using to supply the loads with respect to the total power generated by the panels. In this article [2], we use 6 indicators to evaluate and compare the performance of an islanded microgrid (Case 1): "I1: Percentage of solar energy used compared to the available solar energy; I2: percentage of the power demand supplied by the photovoltaic panels; I3: percentage of the power demand supplied by the battery bank; I4: percentage of the power demand supplied by the diesel generator; I5: average SoC indicating the proportion between charge and discharge; and I6: mean internal temperature together with range of values."
