I have found some videos on you tube talking about make x &y axis for inhibition zone and concentration. But i did not found an article to support this .
as a microbiologist I would say the MIC is best determined by a dilution series of an antimicrobial in a broth, which is inoculated with a bacterium. However, there is the Epilipsometer test (E-test), which works very similar to the disc diffusion method.
