How can I design an oligo for a crispr cas9 knock down on pig cells pk15? Is the number of copy of the gene important?

I would like to knock out the gC1qR gene (predicted on EST bank). Please can anyone give a suitable website which could help me to design oligo for my K.O? Is the number of copies of my gene in the genome important? Thank you in advance. Guy.
