We need a 10-mer DNA sequence which won't hybridize with any human mRNA sequence. But I design a few and always can find it 100% match in human mRNA database. Can anyone help me on this?
I think that with only 10nt it will be hard to find it. Is it possible to extend your DNA?
I am looking for a protein which can be very highly expressed in cells such as HeLa etc. Can anyone help me?
