¿How can I define the concentration of my elicitors in my experiment?

I want to define the levels in my experimental design in my elicitation experiment. However, I just have my bottom level. How can I define the others?

Can you provide more information on the experiment you want to conduct, so it would be easier to give advices.

There is no specific method of variable level evaluation. Often, you need to conduct a few experiments to see if your process 'works' with different levels, and eventually, you can choose the level you prefer. Perhaps there are measurment device limitations?
