As a part of my project and after the first step of simulation, I have to put a crack on the .odb file and then simulate the crack propagation with considering the initial stress and strain. My questions are: 1- how can I mapped the previous results on the new model with the best mapping, 2-how can I create a crack on the .odb file?

Since the odb-file is for post-processing, I don't understand what you mean by creating a crack on it.
What you can do is map the old solution to a newly created mesh that contains the crack (for example, using *map solution).
You then should add an equilibration step that balances the stresses in the presence of the crack before doing the crack propagation.

Thanks for your answer. Actually, I am working on a welding simulation on a rectangular plate which is deformed after stress analysis. In the following step, I have to put a crack to simulate crack propagation.
first, I do don't know how can I create a crack on the deformed model (it is orphan mesh no geometry)? Second, I have tried to map the stress results, but the differences between the new and previous stress values is too much.

If it is an orphan mesh, you have to create the crack "by hand" or using a script - if you use a debond-technique, for example, you need to double nodes at the crack surface.
If the differences between stresses are too large after mapping, this may indicate that your meshes differ too much or are too coarse.
