hi Nadia, unfortunately when you go from a high concentration of glutaraldehyde to a lower, it will have no effect anymore, certainly not for glutaraldehyde as this is a irreversible fixative. The other way round can be sometimes ( from a low concentration to a higher concentration) useful. Was it for morphology? due to the high concentration there might be artefacts in your tissue.
