I need clarification as to whether my calculation is correct:
One paper found 41.3nmol/550uL (well volume) liposomal curcumin resulted in LD50
One the other hand 46.37ug/mL of niosomal curcumin resulted in IC50
I am trying to draw comparisons between the two and so need 41.3nmol/550uL in ug/ml
Am I right in saying 41.3nmol/550uL = 0.075nmol/uL = 0.028ug/L = 0.000028ug/ml?
MW of curc is about 378g/mol.

There is a mistake in the last equation, the result is 28 ug/mL.

Juan Aparicio Blanco Thanks, so multiply by 1000 rather than divide by, I know its 10 to the power of 3 but I always get confused knowing which way to go. So is this correct:
0.075nmol/uL = 0.028ug/uL = 28ug/ml
