You could use anything. Concentrate with correct cutoff and use the spin filter to remove any precipitate you got because of concentration. This is what we do every do in crystallography lab. I have not used the instruments you have mentioned for this purpose so I cant comment.

Many companies sell these products so you could even ask for samples and they will send it to you. If you try 2-3 companies you should get some positive response.

I have had some success using reverse dialysis (using high mol wt dextran solutions). You can reduce volumes by as much as 90%.

Millipore MW centrifugal filters is a trademark used in most of the labs in our Uni.

I'd recommend nanosep (Pall Life sciences) I used them when I was working with downstream processing of monoclonal antibodies, and they were efficient.

From my experience I would recommend the Millipore MW centrifugal filters too. With just a few centrifugation you should be able to get the volume you want to make aliquots.
