Dear Khushali, you can see the results in a qualitative approach for TFG-Beta1 estimation e,g Western Blot.  But I suggest you quantitative measurement of the cytokine using quantitative ELISA. Of course for better methodological parameters (better sensitivity, better work of range, better specificity,...), I suggest you sandwich type ELISA for TGF-beta1.
