the best is check the universal cutter buffer composition from Biolabs and check the buffer composition of the Taq from which ever manufacturer you purchased. then you can arrive at common components in both buffer and one of the buffers or a new buffer  which suits the best can be selected can be used with longer duration for digestion. it happens rarely that one of the enzyme has zero  activity in the buffer which in case you go for sequential digestion using the more sensitive enzyme first and then adding new buffer and less sensitive enzyme  in second digestion.
