How can I calculate the volume fraction of nanoparticles to be dispersed in base fluid to prepare 1000ml hybrid nanofluid?

I am preparing hybrid nanofluid (Example : Al2O3 CuO) by two step method please suggest me how can i calculate the amount of nanoparticles to be dispersed in the base fluild.

And For getting 0.1% volume fraction, how much amount nanoparticles each to be add?

Volume fraction defined as the ratio of nanoparticles volume over the total volume of nanofluid. To prepare 0.1% NP solution, add 0.1 vol% of NP in 99.9% of base solution.
