How to fabaricate a Microchannel heatsink?

Dear all,

I facing difficulties to fabaricate a Microchannel heat sink(Hydraulic diameter less than 0.8mm). Kindly suggest which option is best for machining?

Material : copper

Thickness of plate : 5mm

Multipass milling?

0.8mm is quite 'large' in the miniature milling world.
