I really appreciate it if someone could reply my question.
The parameters based on NHPP are Shape= 0.46, Scale= 20.54.
and operation time
0, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400,..., 1000
for more detail, please find the attached file.
I do not understand why the reliability values are unreasonable!!

You are right! the scale parameter had been 0.0013037.
I have analysed by minitab software.
in this software the scale parameter should be inverted based on this text:
With the default (maximum likelihood) estimation method, the power-law
Note: process is also referred to as the AMSAA model or Crow-AMSAA model. (In the original Crow-AMSAA model the scale parameter is lambda= 1/Theta^(beta).)= 20.56. When only a single system is considered and the least squares estimation method is used, the power-law process is called the Duane model.
