I want to calculate DNA barcoding gap between a few species, and export the result as image, which software and algorithm should I use? Must I use Linux?

This is something related to genetics sequencing and a deep learning approach would help you discover the different patterns of DNA is such organisms and be able to differentiate them.
Linux is just a better option but you can use any other operating systems.
