I am a postdoc student. I have evaluated miR expression in healthy controls and cases. I want to perform ROC curve analysis which I did using GraphPad prism which gave me the following:
AUC, SE, 95% CI and P value. Now, I want calculate positive predictive value, Negative predictive value and cut off value. The garphpad prism dose not give me all these but gives me a table of specificity%, sensitivity % and likelihood ratio.

I have already plotted ROC using graphpad prism 9. it gave me AUC, SE, 95% CI and p-value but it did not give me specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, Negative predictive value and cut off value. There is no option to plot Youden plot.
How can I get these values and drw Youden plot.
