How can I calculate AUC (0-t) when some pharmacokinetic concentrations fall below the level of detection?

For example

Times 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6 hours and concentrations

I guess when concentration becomes too low, you might have to look for cues like calibration of the detector, and other variables such as temperature and pressure which affect rate of the reaction. Solubility might also be a consideration. A slow reaction might take a longer period of time to measure. Result of reactions with very short half-life might not be detectable after extended period of time.
