hello guys. i do the sloshing analysis with CEL method using ABAQUS. we want to find out the effect of baffle in the tank. so we applied the displacement boundary condition at tank plate. and we can see that the behavior is correct but the behavior of liquid is so weird. please sheck the attached figure, The water in the tank comes out... the tank is made of rigid body.. so it is not property problem..Has anyone had the same problem,,?

Your model needs to be checked. It doesn’t matter if you used the baffle or not. If you model this analysis correctly, there shouldn’t be a problem. I recommend referring to the link below. According to this tutorial, you will be simulating your own model without a problem.

Also, you have to apply boundary conditions to the liquid (Eulerian part)
