Previously i had posted in RG an unpublished version of my article.
Afterwards the article was published with some changes according to conference committee demands and reviews.
Can anybody advise the best way to post the published article here in RD, and point connection with the unpublished version?

Ljubomir is right. The logical way is to place the not published version as a dataset.
You have posted the unpublished version in RG possibly as "dataset" or as "unpublished research". Now the work got accepted in a conference. Therefore you can post that as a conference paper to your profile. If the both the texts are identical, then no point uploading the conference paper again. However, if it is changed (as you have already mentioned) you have two options. (1) If the previous version is also correct you can retain both. (2) If you feel that the unpublished version needs to be corrected do that. Once again if that becomes same as that of the published one then there is no point to keep both.
I can only endorse what the other researchers have suggested.

You may keep both. If papers are almost identical, then delete the unpublished one and upload the published paper.
I have done the same thing, using datasets, as Ljubomir suggested. Besides that, we now have an option to PUT COMMENTS at the END OF THE PAPER. By putting a comment, you will be able to bring this matter to the attention of your readers. I have put comments that are relevant at the end of several of my papers. Good luck @Danil.

Thanks for your question. I am following the solutions that will be offered. After consulting Researchgate Community I posted a published article to replace an unpublished one. I then delete the unpublished one. After two days, Researchgate Community asked me to confirm if the deleted article was mine which I did. The article was re-posted.
