I have got some files from MS-MS analysis with .D extension, but I don't have idea if there is any software to analyse this kind of extension like MaxQuant or FragPipe. I didn't find the way to analyse.
this file extension is specific for all Agilent platforms (HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, etc.). You will probably need OpenLab ChemStation or Agilent MassHunter to read and analyse the data contained in the files.
Thank you Michael Kohlstedt for your reply. Yes, we have that software for Agilent... but it is very limited for making label-free analysis or creating figures (PCA, Volcano, etc.). That's why I was wondering if there is a way to export that raw data to other third party software.
Enrique Pérez: At least in ChemStation you can export TICs, mass spectra and chromatograms as CSV or AIA files that you can feed into your analytical pipelines. Agilent can also provide you with customizable Macros for specific export tasks as described for example here:
