Dear all,
I am modelling a Mediterranean catchment with high stoniness, by HEC-HMS, using the SCS-CN loss method. How can I consider the high stoniness? Should I insert some imperviousness coefficient, or can I assume the stoniness is already considered in the Soil Hydrological Group?

I am not sure what you mean by 'stoniness'. if it is a surrogate for high compaction, then it may be reasonably modeled by using a higher CN number of a soil group with lower permeability.

Stoniness is actually the % of stones in the soil, in terms of volume

I suggest you to reflect the stoniness through the imperviousness %.
