How calculate LC50 values by using Probit analysis?

I have used 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 mM EMS concentration for mutagenesis. I wanna calculate the LC50 value Probit analysis. Can anyone help me?

There should be many software tools freely available - just search the net. For example, there is an EXCEL calculator available at https://probitanalysis.wordpress.com, with which I, however, have no experience. I use the commercial software Prism from GraphPad, which offers also a free trial version.
