I changed new primers and water and anealing temperature but i didn't get results?
check the nucleic acid extraction and make sure it is clear and free from PCR inhibitors. In addition to seperate the extraction area from run area
in addition to above suggestions, try doing PCR in a different lab (which is not working with the same organism), use their reagents to amplify your samples. Always make the PCR mix in a clean work bench.
