my sample size is 43. when i am applying in spss its coming 13.5 and manually 0.88, what should i do
What you should do is:
1) to formulate a clear question so that others can understand what your problem is
2) to provide sufficient information so that others can reproduce your calculations, identify the reason for your problem and propose a solution.

firstly check both formulation i.e. manually and spss.
may be possible manual calculations are different from spss analysis
To follow up on what Jochen said, simply provide a reproducible example, even if it is just a toy data set. People will very easily be able to tell you what the correct answer should be. But also cite the procedure you follwed by hand, to determine if the procedure is correct or not.
