High molecular weight precipitates in nutrient media?

I got precipitates in my nutrient media. Why does it form and will it affect the cell culture if I remove the precipitates from my media stock.

Is it MEM? Ppts might be from NaHCO3, it should have some effect but not a dramatic one.
