First, select a good quality C18 column (e.g. 4.6 x 250 x 5u) and run a gradient of acidified Water (e.g. 0.1 % acetic) vs MeOH at 1.00 ml/min. Use a DAD to scan and detect (max ~ 249 to 254nm) and aim for a K prime of around >3.
