I am trying to find a way to plot my curves without having to do manual non-linear regression for each of them. Best thing would be something EXCEL-compatible, because the primary data from our TECAN ELISA-reader is directly exported to an EXCEL-file.
But I would also be grateful for tips about non-ELISA-based software solutions!

You can use Kaleidagraph. It is not a free software. But it gives excellent publication quality graphs. You can easily import excel files into it. You can also try SigmPlot. This is also not free. But very useful for plotting enzyme kinetics data.
